This is our most popular option with landlords who wish to take a 'hands off' approach, very much the stress free option, where ST Properties do the hard work.

Fully managed packages are tailored towards landlord needs. Some landlords wish to be included in all decisions and workflows, whereas some landlords are happy for ST Properties to make all the decisions within pre-agreed parameters. We cater for either approach.


At ST Properties we keep our business overheads to a minimum. We don't have expensive bricks and mortar shops or high payroll costs. This allows us to keep our client costs to a minimum, with much lower fees than most high street Letting Agents.

With landlord clients who are on our fully managed package, we can take care of all property maintenance requirements. We are the direct contact for tenants, so any maintenance issues are reported directly to us.
