Over the last 20 years, ST Properties has developed a tried and tested process for tenanting properties in a quick and efficient manner, keeping void periods to a minimum.
When it comes to tenanting a property, ST Properties takes care of the entire process, from start to finish.
Starting with a professionally created digital advert, including high quality photographs that showcase the property, advertised on multiple platforms, ending with the tenant check-in, and everything in between, including conducting in-person accompanied viewings in order to find the 'best fit' tenant for each property.
As well as being part of our fully managed package, the tenant finding service can also be purchased on a standalone basis, often referred to as a 'Let Only' option for self-managing landlords. The high quality service offered by ST Properties is the same for self managed landlords as it is for our fully managed clients

This is our most popular option with landlords who wish to take a 'hands off' approach, very much the stress free option, where ST Properties do the hard work.

Fully managed packages are tailored towards landlord needs. Some landlords wish to be included in all decisions and workflows, whereas some landlords are happy for ST Properties to make all the decisions within pre-agreed parameters. We cater for either approach.
At ST Properties we keep our business overheads to a minimum. We don't have expensive bricks and mortar shops or high payroll costs. This allows us to keep our client costs to a minimum, with much lower fees than most high street Letting Agents.
Property maintenance
With landlord clients who are on our fully managed package, we can take care of all property maintenance requirements. We are the direct contact for tenants, so any maintenance issues are reported directly to us.
With our 20+ years of maintaining our own property portfolio, from minor jobs like changing door handles, to major jobs like re-roofing a property, as well as extensive damp proofing work on aged properties, ST Properties are the perfect partner for our landlord clients when it comes to sorting these issues on your behalf.
