Starting with a professionally created digital advert, including high quality photographs that showcase the property, advertised on multiple platforms, ending with the tenant check-in, and everything in between including conducting in-person accompanied viewings with a range of appropriate applicants in order to find the 'best fit' tenant for each property.
As well as being part of our fully managed package, the tenant finding service can also be purchased on a standalone basis, often refered to as a 'Let Only' option for self-managed landlords. The high quality service offered by ST Properties is the same for self managed landlords as it is for our fully managed clients
